This home leaves you beach bound for East Matunuck State Beach in the Potter Pond association with full access to to over six acres surrounding the Salt Pond and a kayak ramp right outside your door.

This property has a large yard for grilling and games along with an outside deck to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Captain Jacks is directly across the street, Matunuck Oyster bar is a 2 minute walk, State Beach is a 3 minute walk in the other direction. Block Island Ferry is a ten minute drive and is close to all other attractions in RI. Full WiFi access along with AC for those hot days. This is one of the largest units in the park. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on opposite ends of the unit allowing for extra privacy all around. Dock slips are available for small boats (20 ft or less) for $30 / day.
