Brunetti Realty llc is a full service, family owned and independently run, Real Estate Company specializing in residential sales, rentals, property management and construction. Brunetti Realty was founded in 1984 by Anthony (Tony) Brunetti in the heart of "South County". Located in Narragansett, Brunetti Realty conducts transactions throughout the state of RI and provides the personal attention our clients deserve. Whether buying, selling, renting or building, when you choose Brunetti Realty for your real estate needs, you are not just a client, you are treated like family. Remember, "We make house calls".

Sales:
Every home has a specific marketing plan developed for maximum exposure with the latest technology in mind including social media, website inclusion in all the largest real estate sites through a Statewide Multiple Listing Service, as well as local and/or newspaper/magazine advertising.

Rentals:
Brunetti Realty will provide you with the utmost confidence and peace of mind. Each tenant is thoroughly interviewed, a credit check is performed for long term rentals and references are contacted. Only the most qualified tenants are considered for your property. To earn our fee, Brunetti Realty will do all the management activity and you simply await a rent check each month. Any and all required repairs are performed by our sub contractors and no work is performed without your knowledge and consent.

Property Maganement:
Brunetti Realty engages in both residential and commercial property management. We have enjoyed providing service for properties as large as 50 unit condominium complexes and as small as one bedroom vacation rentals. We have the experience and contacts to ensure your investment is well protected.

New Construction Design and Building:
Brunetti Realty has designed and constructed buildings of all sizes and styles. We utilize highly qualified sub contractors and designers to ensure your home is exactly as you pictured it. Please contact us to view samples of new constuction designed and/or built by Brunetti Realty.

	In 2000 Greg acquired a degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from Salve Regina University in Newport RI. Since 2001 Greg has been a rental and property manager in locations that span across New England. In 2016 he joined Brunetti Realty working as a sales agent under Tony Brunetti. Undery Tony's leadership Greg has developed a keen sense of marketing tailored for each individual property. Working as a sales person, he gained valuable experience and has developed a broad network of peers across the state of Rhode Island. As a result of his broad experience and grand network, Greg obtained his Brokers license and took over as principal broker for Brunetti Realty Company llc, which was established in 1984. Greg is a member of the Kent County Board of Realtors, the Rhode Island Associaton of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Greg resides in Warwick, Rhode Island with his wife Christina Lafontaine and has a fifteen year old daughter, Isabelle, who plays soccer for Toll Gate.
